In its on going pursuit of protecting and improving the environment, GCi Technologies implemented an Environmental Management System in 2003 and had the certification audit in December 2003.

GCi Technologies' corporate office received its Environmental Management System certification for the ISO 14001 standard on January 5, 2004. It was issued by BVQI (Bureau Veritas Quality International) as authorized by the International Organization for Standardization.

The corporate office scope of supply includes the design, development, prototype-manufacture, warehouse, and distribute of standard and custom magnetics to include inductors, transformers, and power supplies.

GCi obtained the ISO 14001 certification in an effort to demonstrate its support and contribution of sound environmental management by controlling the impact of their activities, products or services on the environment, taking into account their environmental policy and objectives.

* The GCi Technologies' factory in Shanghai has started implementation of the Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001 in 2003 and is preparing for certification in 2004.
